At Wall Of Art Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new home decor. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Authorization form.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty cardboard tubing to ensure it arrives back at our studio in mint condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
